The USAC East Coast Sprints have posted the newly updated 2019 Rule Book on their website under the Rule/Forms tab along with a Rule Bulletin containing the new "Outlaw" frame specs and other rules that will be suggested or mandatory in 2019. The USAC East Coast Series is happy to announce that Grandview Speedway is joining the list of new race tracks on the 2019 USAC-EC schedule on Saturday, May 18th. Grandview Speedway is a 1/3 Mile High bank oval located in Bechtelsville, PA. It has been owned and operated by the Rogers Family since 1963.
