Beef jerky and racing… a match made in heaven? We think so.
Frank and Juanita Coover started their business, Frank’s Fine Swine & Beef in early 2017. Together, they have created some of the best homemade jerky in the Northeast. The Coovers have a unique method for their hand crafted beef and chicken jerkies.
“Our process is controlled end to end by us. We mix our marinade blends and seasonings, the Angus London Broil and Chicken Breast is dried on our smokers, not dehydrated.” Explains Coover. While many large, mass production companies dehydrate their meats and inject the flavors, Frank and Juniata refuse to take any shortcuts.
The Veteran owned business has a wide array of flavors to try, from Chicken Teriyaki and Garlic Rush Beef, to Jerky Jack Beef and Jamaican Chicken.
